When I had this dream it was so strong that I just had to share it here 6 days ago. I prayed with all of my heart that my dream would become reality (as it seemed so real, in fact it was the most real dream I've ever had). Now as tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of Sarah's release it has come true just as I dreamed, and Josh and Shane will be on their way back home to their loving families in a day or two! I'm so beyond thrilled at this news!! May the healing begin for you all, and may you be greatly blessed! I'll continue to pray as I know that it will take time and strength to heal and readjust for all involved. I am so overjoyed at this news of Josh and Shane being released on bail by Thursday!! My favourite pose is the Warrior pose: I begin by visualizing Josh and Shane standing strong beside me, all of us in the pose, our legs standing firm to the earth and our hands and faces extended to the sky. Then I feel the presence of our family and friends all standing in the pose around us. There is light emanating from our heads & hands as we stretch higher-- together we shine light through the darkness, and strengthen our resilience in the face of pain and injustice. ~ Salina <3  Freedom dreams come to me during my morning yoga.
